Mallard's BBQ Rubs + Sauces started out of a passion for making good food and exploring in the kitchen. I was just a college kid with a rusty old smoker, whatever cuts of meat I could afford, and a willingness to learn from my mistakes. My recipes were built with over a decade of development spurred by a smoking class one Saturday afternoon at the culinary center of Kansas City. Fast forward to today, you can find me slinging brisket out of BBQ trailer every week right here in central MO. Now I'm giving you the ability to take my years of work straight into your kitchens and smokers to enjoy for yourselves. Now that's some Duckin' Good Bar-B-Que!
