Attack of the Apricot BBQ Sauce

Sittin' in a pub in Estes Park, CO, I took my first sip of Dry Dock Brewing's Apricot Blonde Ale and I knew I had just found something special. This delightfully fruity beer is the powerhouse of flavor in "the Attack of the Apricot". Sweet, smooth, and smokey with apricot forward notes, this surprisingly delicious BBQ sauce pairs well with brisket or any cut of beef, but there's no judgement if you drown everything in this sauce. I could almost drink this BBQ sauce like I can the beer it's made with!
