The original KC style BBQ sauce is where it all began for Mallard's BBQ. A classic brown sugar and tomato based sauce, but with our pitmaster's twist. Good BBQ doesn't need to be drenched in sauce, but can be elevated to new heights when accented properly. That's why our sauces were developed with a thinner consistency!
